What We Do

Innovative Designs

Our in-house design specialists begin by reviewing your complete fireplace concepts in detail, including flue route proposals and service specifications. We’ll consider the full practical aspects of the design and develop an in-depth quotation for your consideration. We’re also able to arrange design meetings to progress our discussions further.

Skilled Engineering

Using comprehensive 3D sketches and CAD drawings, our talented engineers will bring your designs to life in our factory. With attention to detail and an extensive range of materials available to us, we’ll customise your fireplace to your specifications.

Installation Expertise

We’ll then complete a full site survey where we’ll discuss the full installation process, from service requirements to fitting schedules. We’ll provide details regarding vital air and ventilation requirements and will coordinate flue routes that fit your existing architecture and comply with building regulations. Once you’re happy, we’ll install your bespoke fireplace.

After-Sales Support

We provide a complete service that extends beyond the design, engineering and installation processes. Once your fireplace is installed, we’ll advise you on construction and building materials around your fireplace, along with design suggestions for your chimney breast. All our fireplaces come with a two-year warranty once installed, including parts and labour on full supply and install contracts.

Our Trained Experts

We require our staff to carry out comprehensive health and safety training to guarantee a safe installation of your fireplace.

Our engineers are HETAS and Gas Safe certified and hold CHAS membership to ensure they meet specific compliance requirements. A full registration certificate is provided once your fireplace has been installed.

Our installers also undertake individual qualifications such as PASMA mobile tower training which certifies them to work safely when completing your installation.
